Marcel currently works as a high purity water specialist.
He has been working in a construction environment for the
past 20 years doing Plumbing, Heating, Electrical & Air
Conditioning. Having knowledge of the trades and how
houses are built and the sounds they make allow him to
debunk things that might not be paranormal.

Position & Responsibilities:
My job with the group is Client Relations. When a potential client contacts us with a problem
they are having, I contact them and set up a pre-investigation. I go to the property where the
problem is occurring and interview the client. I also do a walk through and take base
temperature readings and EMF readings. I then report my findings to the founder of the group
and we determine when and if a full investigation is warranted!
Favorite Equipment:
I like all the basic tools.....audio recorder, DVR, night vision camera but my favorite piece of
equipment is the THERMAL IMAGING CAMERA!
Where was the most interesting place you have investigated and why?
The most interesting place I have ever investigated is Eastern State Penitentiary in
Philadelphia, PA. The place is filled with a heaviness that consumes you when you walk through
the door. I knew I was in for a treat investigating this prison. I think what made it so interesting
was just being in a place that so many have died and a place that housed murderers, rapists and
the country's worst criminals including Al Capone.
What are your beliefs on the afterlife?
It's kinda funny because I have made a 180 degree turn on this subject. My beliefs as a child
were that "when you die you die". But as I have gotten older my belief system has totally
changed which is why I have such a passion for the paranormal. From all of the experiences I
have had I KNOW there is something more and I am on a mission to seek the truth!
Have you ever had a paranormal experience and if so, why?
I believe we have all had at least one paranormal experience in our lifetime. It's just that people
that are non believers can't or won't admit that they have experienced something that they can't
explain. When I was a child I lived in a house that had too many unexplainable events, one
which I remember like it was yesterday. My bedroom used to be on the second floor and at
night I used to see figures coming up the stairs and head down the hall away from my room. I
used to think it was a dream but I remember being awake and this happened many many times.
I remember how frightening it was and I would do anything to stay awake thinking it was a
dream. I think thats when I knew that there was something more than we could see and I went
from a sceptic to a believer.
What are your goals as a member of the NWCPS?
I believe in my heart that NWCPS is the #1 group in the northeast if not the country. My goal is
to help people by coming to their rescue when they have issues they believe to be paranormal in
their homes and businesses by doing free investigations. We do presentations and lectures to
educate the public on the supernatural and all things paranormal. We do public outings in the
summer where we actually allow the public to investigate with us so they can learn from
professional investigators how to perform investigations and also to learn how to use some of
the tools we use to do the investigations. We have even been featured on an episode of the TV
show "The Haunted" on Animal Planet. I am sure if you do research of paranormal groups in
the country, you will not be able to find many groups that offer what we do to the general public
and that have accomplished what we have as a group. I consider myself very lucky and I am
privileged to be a part of a group as exceptional as NWCPS!
